Born and raised in the Twin Cities (Minneapolis & St. Paul) Minnesota and St Louis Missouri.
Graduated from Brigham Young University 1988 with a degree in Communications.
Married Mary Reeve from Fremont California in the Salt Lake temple June 21, 1988.
Was employed with KDLH-TV, Duluth, Minnesota in the late 1980’s as a reporter and backup anchor.
In 1992, was hired by Seminaries and Institutes of Religion.
We have 7 children, & 8 Grandchildren. I enjoy hunting, fishing, (Especially Ice-fishing) Family History, working in the garden and on projects around the house and at the homes of our children.
Future plans include serving a family history mission, moving closer to our children, and continuing my personal family history work, serving in the temple, and continuing to serve in our ward and stake and in the community.
Brother Gagnon is the coordinator for our Adapted Needs program and is loved by all of his students.
